    • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.
    • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (for safety and hygiene reasons).
    • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Refund Process

    1. To initiate a refund, please email us at info@jinsy.in with your order number and reason for the return.
    2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
    3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
    4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 or less business days.
