- All products except innerwear are eligible for return, no questions asked.
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

- Products purchased during sale or clearance events.
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (for safety and hygiene reasons).
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, please email us at info@jinsy.in with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 or less business days.
